PURCHASE

THE COMPLETE PURCHASE PACKAGE

Working deposits - packages start from £300 payable in advance and deductable against the final fee. We will search for 6 months following payment of the deposit.

On completion our fee will be 1% of the purchase price or 25% of the saving we negotiate for you, whichever is greater.

OTHER OPTIONS 

OPTION 1 - We will visit a single property which you have found for yourself and provide you with a written report including photos and video images if possible.

One-off fee £75 - £150 depending on the size of the property.

OPTION 2 -  A whole day of visits to a number of properties which you have identified for yourself. We will arrange the itinerary and visit all the properties on your behalf and provide you with as much information as possible in a written report on each one with pictures and video footage where possible. The day will consist of 7 hours including travelling time and you will be under no obligation to use our services after this. Whether you subsequently decide to visit yourself or make an offer and how you choose to proceed will be entirely up to you, we will play no further part.      

One-off fee - £250 per day

RENT
An initial fee of £350 will be required to start the one month search. This will be deductible against our fee of 1 months rent on finalisation.
