STEP 1

We conduct a no-obligation initial interview. This will be an in-depth discussion about your requirements and lifestyle. We can offer initial advice on current market conditions and how to achieve the best outcome for your budget. If you are looking for a buy-to-let property we can advise on the best areas for investment.

STEP 2

If you agree to proceed we will initiate a search immediately, following payment of a  £300 deposit  and signing of the Terms and Conditions. We will search for six months.

STEP 3

You will receive prompt and regular updates of potentially suitable properties with digital photographs and video footage where the vendor agrees. We can give you detailed information about local schools and other amenities where appropriate.

STEP 4

A short list of properties will be drawn up for you to view at the earliest opportunity following discussion between yourself and Norfolk Property Solutions.

STEP 5

Viewings will be accompanied by us. We will provide transport and can arrange overnight accommodation if necessary.

STEP 6

Once you have found a property that you are interested in we will provide you with as much information as possible for you to feel confident to make an offer.
We will then negotiate the best possible price for you and oversee the whole process to completion.
